How can I activate a 'contact me' box on my portfolio?

You must have a premium account to enable the contact me option.  You can activate email forwarding by clicking the cog  in the top right hand side of the screen when logged in as seen here:

Scroll down and click the checkbox next to "Show 'Contact Me' form".

All email received will be forwarded straight to your inbox.
