Audio and video files need to be uploaded to a third-party host such as SoundCloud (for audio), or YouTube or Vimeo (for video). Once this step has been completed, simply use the 'Add Item' > 'Add Multimedia' option when you're logged into your account to embed the relevant piece of multimedia using its URL
