Can I change my default page title or meta description for SEO?

Yes, you can.

To do it, click on 'Settings' at the top of the page (the cog) and then click on the SEO & Privacy tab as seen here:

You'll see the fields to edit those settings under there. Enter your new page title/meta description and hit save.
